British Embassy celebrates Diwali

The British Embassy hosted an event at the Deputy Ambassador’s residence to mark the festival of Diwali.

Diwali is the Festival of Lights celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs and Jains around the world that culminates in the New Year. During the holiday people give thanks for good fortune and celebrate prosperity.
